Rich is a partner and CPA in RMG Accountants and Consultants, LLC located in Parsippany, New Jersey. He has been in the accounting profession for over 20 years and brings a strong business and leadership background to Pathways. Rich has a passion to help children be included and realize their potential. He is an avid guitar player and musician and loves our Pathways Rock Band and other arts programs.
Melinda founded Pathways and has led the organization as President and Board Member since its inception. She has served on the New Jersey educational and employment committees and has been a life long advocate of children of all abilities. She is both an author and powerful public speaker. She has a B.A. in communication disorders and speech science and is a licensed physical therapist. She is an avid photographer and is passionate about working with children in impoverished countries. Her favorite role is being mom to her children, Jacob and Stephanie and working in the trenches with the children of all abilities.
Pam graduated from the University of Scranton majoring in biology and secondary education. She has a masters in guidance and student personnel services. She has been a teacher of life sciences to children of all abilities at Livingston Public Schools. She is passionate and has been a strong advocate for children with special needs to ensure their rights to an appropriate education. Pam has 4 sons including one with special needs. She brings a strong background in education, advocacy, and experience of building inclusive classrooms and environments to our Board.
Fernando graduated with his law degree from Seton Hall in 1987. He is a resident of Montville, NJ where he lives with his family. Fernando is an avid soccer player and coach. He has coached for the Pathways soccer team for 13 years. He has always been a strong advocate for children and is dearly loved by the children who have had him as their coach.
Art is a resident of Montville. He owned and built a very successful alarm business called A.C. Daughtry. Art has been very involved in Montville for years. Most notably he is a charter member of the Montville Kiwanis, active member in the Montville First Aid Squad, and served as Township Committee Member and Mayor of Montville Township. He is know for his leadership and service and is committed to ensuring that children of all abilities are included the their schools and communities.
